• Olfactory phase
The first thing that comes to the nose is the smell of alcohol accompanied by apple. If we add water we will notice vanilla, cinnamon and wood.
• Taste phase
It has a light body, but not too light. Very clean. We will find plenty of wood, but without eliminating the caramel and sweet flavors of this whiskey. It is easy to drink, making it a highly recommended whiskey for beginners. It has a long and fruity finish where you can also find vanilla, apple, cookies and very subtle notes of raisins.
